("Sedgwick", "we" or "us") (the data processor), provide information about how we collect, use and transfer personal information from you on behalf of American International Group, Inc. Data We Collect

Sedgwick collects information through the Site on behalf of AIG related to certain insurance products offered by AIG through Mastercard International Incorporated. Information collected may include without limitation personally identifiable information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, social security number, account number and information related to medical history or treatment. Providing your personal information is optional however failure to provide the information requested may result in a delay in the processing of your claim/request.

Information is provided voluntarily however if we do not collect this information we may not be able to assess a claim. Insured persons have rights to access and correct their personal information. TRANSFER OF DATA TO MALAYSIA
